Houston is the Operations Coordinator for the Hopkins County Regional Chamber of Commerce, but is an Entrepreneur at heart. Houston got his start back in high school when he started his first successful business venture, Rawhide Men’s Accessories. He works at the Chamber to serve the membership base and help aid in the formation of a business friendly community that seeks to lift up one another and add to a great quality of life.
Houston is not a native to Hopkins County, but moved here about a decade ago and quickly found a true love and appreciation for the welcoming atmosphere we boast. He is passionate about serving others both in a professional sense and on a personal level. He lives by the motto, “Grow, Connect, and Serve.” It is Houston’s mission to grow as someone committed to lifelong learning; to connect with each and every person he comes in contact with; and serve his community and the people within it, wherever life may take him.
Currently Houston is a student at Madisonville Community College and will graduate with his associates in the fall of 2020, and is in the process of making plans now to seek an accounting or finance degree as life’s next journey.
